As with any holiday address, there are house rules. This is of course also an issue in and around my B&B. These are also included in the general terms and conditions. This is just for clarification.

-> Pets are not allowed.

-> Smoking is prohibited in the B&B rooms and in the apartment. Also outside where the guests stay. There are two smoking areas where smoking is allowed. This is clearly indicated.

-> You pay the final cleaning costs at the reception upon check-in. The final cleaning is €20.00 for the B&B room. For the apartment this is €30.00.

-> Is something defective? Then pass this on. Don't buy anything yourself because of... any incorrect items.

-> If you are staying for a week or more, the towels will be changed in the meantime. This usually happens on Thursdays.

-> If crockery breaks, it will be replaced by the owner. Do not buy yourself due to various crockery and the like. (Costs at your expense).

-> You can enjoy breakfast between 8 and 9:30 am. (Except for the apartment).
